1984 Always Rot Free Jeep CJ7 6 Cyl T176 4 Speed only 82K MIles $32.500

1984 Jeep CJ7 w only 82k Original miles with one of my favorite oem colors rarely seen.   This is an always rot free CJ from Oregon.  If you didn't know, the East side of Oregon and Washington is a desert climate.  This CJ has no bubbling rot now or ever.  The frame is still black from the factory without used car lot undercoating to hide things.

The previous owner had it repainted the original color nearly 20 years ago and clearly was an enthusiast.  It is very respectable driver quality and has held up well.  The windshield is still original paint.  This is my profession and I know this Jeep was never rusty by the obvious tells.  You know it was never rusty as 20 year old paint cracks and shows old issues and repairs.  This Jeep doesn't have any.

It has uncommonly nice original interior and uncut dash.  

The suspension is stock w OEM wheels and 5 brand new BFG AT tires.

It stops, steers and handles as it should

Everything works...lights, switches, gauges, washer squirter etc.  The original  2 post dealer installed radio is wired with no speakers.  AM FM w 2 marginal dash speakers is hardly worth the wiring mess.  

Original 258 engine very untouched.  It starts easily and has all its emissions in tact.  No smoke, ticks, rattles or puddles of oil.

Best manual transmission of the era which is the T176 4 speed w a strong clutch.  Dana 300 transfer case of course working like they always do.  

Options for the buyer:  All of the following is reasonable easy for me to help make this yours.

I believe this was sold new without a console.  I have loosely set in an oem console from the era.  These consoles are nearly useless, fragile and expensive.  I can bolt it in or upgrade you to a USA made Tuffy that actually serves a purpose to be leaned on, locked and holds more than a 12 ounce can for free or bolt down the oem

I can swap out these oem wheels for used oem chrome wheels in good used condition for only $500

The oil gauge in the Jeep is better than original.  It is a mechanical gauge.  The originals are electric but less accurate.  I can swap it at no charge.

I can add a Bestop soft top w 2 piece soft doors for $2k

I can add a new Howell fuel injection system for $2500 to aid with reliability.

I am also willing to amend all the originality of the engine in the name of potential reliability for limited cost
