Return and Refund Policy

Let's face it, no one wins with a return.  It's a hassle for all parties and a waste of time and shipping money and some jeep parts are very big and or heavy.  I am going to do my best up front to make sure you're getting what you asked for.  

If there is a problem, please call me @ 614-203-1947 to discuss it.  Don't get discouraged if I don't answer.  Leave a voice mail and I'll get back to you.  

If I made a mistake, I'll pay the return shipping. 

If you changed your mind, you will.

I don't screw around about returning funds.  I have too much going on to put things off. and I don't want what isn't mine.  If on the odd occurrence we have an impasse, expect to get your money back and we won't do business again.  Simple.
