I'm kinda proud of this one. In my new (latest and 3rd bigger since I started) shop I restored 2 CJs. Both of them were special. I did both of them as if they were mine and used USA bearings and the best USA parts I could find on original rot free cjs instead of the easy to source and poor quality Omix, Rugged Ridge, Crown stuff.
Short list: Factory Daa 44 and rot free 86 CJ7 Laredo start. It had a Golen stroker, all Moog joints (universals, steering, ball). Timken bearings in the differentials, Dana 300. Rebuilt T5. Centerforce clutch. Heated seats in all 4 positions w custom lumbar for the driver. YJ roll bar for family safety. Both tops, 3 sets of doors. Complete stainless exhaust
My buyer used it for 12 years and raised a family in it. Time passed, things changed and it was sitting. He contacted me and I drove out to Boise Idaho and bought it back. I felt a bit of obligation to buy it back to show I stand behind my work AND I wanted to see first hand how it held up. My customer was good to it and me (and my nephew Andy who helped me open my new shop) did a good job. The Jeep was still VERY nice.
It sold to the first guy who saw it before I could relist it.
The moral of the story....Call the shop for current inventory. This website takes time and I don't enjoy updating it and I have nice things people want that always sell easily.
Please just call 614-203-1947
Thnks,
Rudy
